Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. All used tires from Used Tires are thoroughly inspected. Each tire is checked for tread depth, structure, sidewall condition, roundness and damage.

The classification is based on our standardized inspection process:

NEW: unused
A+: almost new, minimal mileage
A: very good condition, even tread wear
B+: minor signs of use, technically flawless
B: budget-friendly option with visible wear

Please pay particular attention to the following points:

  • Tread depth (at least 4 mm for winter tires)
  • DOT production date
  • No cracks or bulges on the sidewall
  • Correct tire size according to vehicle approval
  • Even tread wear

All of these checks are already carried out by us in advance.

Each rim is checked for cracks, deformations, hairline cracks, paint damage and roundness. Any defects are clearly disclosed.

Yes, we offer over 200 ready-to-use complete wheel sets. These are already mounted, making them ideal for a quick seasonal tire change.

Yes – returns are possible within 14 days provided that:

  • the items remain unmounted
  • no new damage has occurred
  • the original condition category remains unchanged

The correct size is printed on your current tire (e.g. 205/55 R16) and listed in your vehicle registration documents. We are happy to assist you — simply send us a photo of your tire or registration certificate.
